Day 9: June 13th, 2020

We are down to the last two days of this incredible 10 day journey we’ve been on. The blessings we’ve witnessed and the generosity of so many has truly touched our hearts. And we are very very grateful.

Today we want to celebrate our clients. They are the reason we are here. They are our “why”. The hours we’ve spent with them in their times of need have blessed us in ways we never could have imagined.

Experiencing the metamorphosis of their emotions from arrival to exiting Azar House is one of the things we hold so dearly to our hearts. It’s very common that our clients come in very nervous, scared, and skeptical of how they will be received. It’s our mission here to make sure that when our clients leave Azar House, they will take with them a true sense of being loved. Of being worthy. Of being accepted. And having been heard. More often than not our clients leave with a pep in their step and a smile on their face, knowing that when they come back, they will be supported and they will receive help. They will receive the love of Jesus, whether they recognize Him or not. What a gift it is to be a witness to that.

With all of that being said, I wanted to leave you, our precious community of support, with some testimonials from our clients. We routinely give our clients an exit survey at the conclusion of their visits. This gives them an opportunity to leave us with suggestions and share their thoughts and concerns with us about our services. We wholeheartedly review these surveys and adjust accordingly. The needs of our clients are of the utmost priority and importance to us.

Here’s what they’re saying about us:

“I loved how helpful all the people were. They did really good, better than most people and explained the information really well.”

When we hear our clients hearts and they are pleased with their experience, no truer joy exists.

So that’s why we’re here. To bring hope where there’s none. To bring peace where only turmoil was present. To be a place where fears turn into courage.

And you can be a part of it. Will you join us?
